Terry Summach, B.E. (Mechanical). – Director
Mr. Summach joined Foran Mining Corporation in March 2003 as a Director and Chairman. In 2004 Mr. Summach was appointed President & CEO. In June 2006 Mr. Summach retired from his position as President & CEO and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
Previous to joining Foran Mining, Mr. Summach, served as CEO of Flexi- Coil Ltd. from 1972 to 1999, a Saskatoon-based farm implement manufacturing and marketing company which was family owned and operated. In 1989, he was named Saskatchewan Entrepreneur of the Year and in 1994 was named Engineer of the Year by the Engineering Society of Saskatoon. Mr. Summach holds a B.E. (Mechanical) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Ronald E. Dearman, B.A. (Hons), LLB – Director
Mr. Dearman joined Foran Mining Corporation in February, 2002.
Mr. Dearman practices law in Thompson, MB and serves as Managing Partner, Mayer, Dearman & Pellizzaro law firm. In 1985 he was called to the Manitoba Bar and holds a B.A. (Hons) and an L.L.B.
Mr. Dearman also serves as a Director and President of the Thompson, MB chapter of the Boys and Girls Club, a nonprofit organization.

Jeff McGill – Director
Mr. McGill joined Foran Mining Corporation in March 2009 as a Director. Mr. McGill is owner/president of McGill’s Industrial Services Inc. and brings extensive experience in corporate finance, business management, corporate strategy and mine site contracting and maintenance.

Bradley Summach – Director
Mr. Summach joined Foran Mining Corporation in February, 2005 as a Director and served as Vice-President/Manager, until June, 2006.
Prior to joining Foran Mining Mr. Summach worked as a Design Engineer at Flexi-Coil until 1999 and currently holds the position of CFO of BBS Aircraft Inc. and President of Summach Ventures. Mr. Summach also serves on the Board of Teen Challenge Saskatchewan, a nonprofit drug rehabilitation center, and on the executive of the Saskatoon Kinsmen Tackle Football League.
Mr. Summach holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Brent Schuler - Director
Mr. Schuler joined Foran Mining Corporation in March 2009 as a Director and has extensive experience in corporate finance, business management, corporate strategy and
mine site contracting and maintenance. Mr. Schuler is owner/president of POW City Mechanical, located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Allyson Stephens – CFO/Corporate Secretary
Ms. Stephens joined Foran Mining Corporation in January, 2005 as an accountant. In March, 2005 she was appointed Corporate Secretary and promoted to CFO in July, 2006. Ms. Stephens is responsible for all Finance, Regulatory Compliance and Land Management of the firm.
Prior to joining Foran Mining Ms. Stephens was employed in the Heavy Construction Equipment industry and has over 20 years experience in the accounting field. Currently Ms Stephens is enrolled in the CGA Program of Professional Studies and will receive her designation along with an H.B.Com. by 2010.
